Information we collect
We collect the contact, address, access, service and scheduling information you submit to arrange and complete cleaning services.
Payments
Payment cards are handled and stored by Stripe. TidyNest receives card details such as brand, last four digits and expiry, not the full card number. Your saved card is charged after a clean is completed.
Messages
Service messages may be sent about your booking. Optional marketing messages are sent only when you choose to receive them, and you can unsubscribe.
