Booking and price
Your booking summary shows the selected service, add-ons, subtotal, 14% HST and total before you confirm.
Changes and cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your clean.
Satisfaction
Tell us within 48 hours if we missed an area and we’ll arrange a free re-clean of that area.
Payment
Your saved card is charged after the clean is completed.
Access and service scope
Customers must provide safe access during the booked arrival window. Inside cabinets, drawers, vanities, closets and appliances are cleaned only when included in an empty move-in or move-out service, or when a matching add-on was booked and the area is emptied.
