Apartment and condo appointments often need more access detail than a house. Add everything the cleaner needs to reach your door without delay, especially when the building uses a fob, concierge or booked elevator.

• Building name, unit number and buzzer instructions.
• Door code, lockbox, fob or concierge process.
• Visitor parking location and any time limit.
• Elevator booking or loading-door instructions for a move-out clean.
